Rock Steady Boxing at Canterfield

Parkinson’s disease is a progressive neurological disorder, but research shows that consistent, rigorous exercise can help slow its progression and even improve symptoms. Our Rock Steady Boxing program provides exactly that—combining a challenging workout with the warm, supportive atmosphere created by certified Rock Steady coaches.
