Home-Cooked Meals at Canterfield
Canterfield serves well-balanced, nutritional, home-cooked, and unique meals three times a day for all main campus residents (excluding the independent villas residents). These tantalizing dishes are not only delicious, but also comforting! Our dedicated chefs at each location are to thank! They create stunning food menus catered to their region. Expect more seafood at our Florida locations and more beef in our Tennessee locations.
Every meal is unique, just as every chef is unique! But here are a few examples of what we serve on our menu:
Breakfast could be anything from eggs, grits, and bacon to biscuits and gravy, served with fresh fruit.
Lunch might be a Greek salad with gyro, olives, feta and dressing. Or it might be rotisserie chicken with rice pilaf and a side of broccoli.
For dinner, options include breaded pork chops with sweet potato and vegetables, popcorn chicken with sugar snap peas and potato casserole, or a cheeseburger with onions, bacon, and french fries. It all depends on the chef!
And as promised, there’s always dessert! This could be rainbow sherbert, key lime pie, brownie, apple pie, or something of the like!
